How to use:
KeyM has two primary functions. The first is that it records your keyboardstrokes as you use it. You can simply play any song you like and then play your favorite chord sequences. Every time you press a button, it is recorded. When you press another button, you are done with the sequence, and you can then re-record it and save it to your computer. KeyM can save sequences as “hotspots,” which are groups of buttons that can be recorded together as one step. Hotspots are useful because you can re-record the sequence without having to re-record each step, thus saving time.
The second function is that it can play back sequences you have recorded. When you start up KeyM, it loads your song list. You can then click on a song to play it, or click on a group of keys to play the sequence you have recorded.
KeyM can record guitar, piano, and any other instruments that you choose. Additionally, you can record a sequence of chords as a song.
You can choose whether to play back your sequences while you are recording, or to stop recording and to just play the sequences you have recorded.
