sonic riders has the best graphics that i have seen in a sonic game. its not the best graphics i have seen in a pc game, but its not terrible either. its a nice looking game with good lighting and the environments look nice. every time you turn a corner or change to another area of the world, youll notice a nice transition into the next scene. the game looks good, and it shows. there are some textures that look like they have a really low resolution. its not unplayable, but it looks a little rough. as far as the soundtrack goes, i actually found a lot of the tracks to be rather good. its got a lot of music ranging from slower rock to techno, and even a little bit of hip hop.
sonic riders isnt perfect, but it isnt bad either. its a good looking game that isnt too bad to play. im sure that when it comes out for the playstation 2 and xbox, it will be an even better looking game, so you should buy it for the ps2 and xbox. the gameplay isnt too bad either. it wont give you many frustrations, and its not a super hard game. its a good game to pick up and play for a few hours and if youre looking for a good racing game, sonic riders is a good choice. its a good game that isnt bad, so if you dont already own it, why not get it?
