i would also suggest learning first to do simple 2d drawing work with the toonboomstudio. its the best way to learn how things work. i would say you should get as much of the toon boom studio editor and then just use the “pen” tool. if you want to have frames, its easy to draw out frames. if you draw out pictures you can import those into the timeline, which is a great way to practice changing the timeline.
