I love to play games, ever since I was young. I have always enjoyed putting in the time to see what you can do with a game when it comes to mastering a game, and how long you can take the game before going crazy in frustration.

Overall, Defend the Cake is an easy to learn and fun going Tower Defense Game. Some issues I did experience and would like to give a constructive criticism to is the fact that the performance of the graphics and sound is quite poor. The graphics itself is very poor, the backgrounds are simple and doesn’t offer a lot of variation as well as the lighting and shading are really poor in most of the screens. The music and sound isn’t great either, even in the scenes that are in higher quality than the other. Some of the quotes that come up on screen is really bad, like a quote on the website of the game. This game could be improved a lot, it really depends how much work they put into this game.
The story of the game is that you are in a medieval village, your Princess has been kidnapped by a big bad demon. Now, you and your village need to fight to save your Princess. Defend the Cake, a basic defense game set in the Medieval times with your personal artillery to save the Princess and the kingdom.
Gameplay Defend the Cake:
The Gameplay is pretty straight forward, when you boot up the game, you are given a screen telling you how to play the game, including a tutorial video, and the price of the game. The first thing that you need to know, is that you start with 3 artillery, they can be purchased from the in-game shop. This will get you access to almost all weapons, except the Minesweeper. You can also buy more artillery at the shop, you also get some bonus from the artillery, such as Gold for Artillery you have up to 15, and you can also earn more Gold from beating the levels. In this game you also earn the Points, once you have more points than you can buy an artillery for a certain amount of points. It’s not always easy to earn points, you get them from defeating the enemy, by destroying the walls of the enemy and all that. If you manage to win the levels, you will unlock more Artillery for your inventory. I suggest getting all the Artillery up to 10, and keep the rest at 3.
Now on to the Gameplay, when you load up the game, you are given the screen of your Landscape, which includes the road you are travelling on and the names of the levels. On your right side is a list of your available artillery. To the left of that you have the help button, which includes hints to beat the
