i have been so far in this book a narrative presentation of the special abstract data types and of their algorithms. i have not yet shown how to design and construct those special data types and algorithms. when the data structures are designed with this feature in mind, the major part of the book will be greatly simplified. so the presentation of the algorithms may seem longer than required.
