The other good thing about Sherwood Dungeon is that you gain experience for simply completing a mission. Thus, youll learn as you play. If youre constantly caught in trouble, try to seek out a new objective that is a little easier for you. Try to have a better sense of what each of the monsters do. Also, keep in mind that some creatures are made to be killed all in one go. Larger creatures have special talents that allow them to revive themselves after they are destroyed. Thus, you can kill them a few times, but there is always a chance they will revive next time you fight them.
If you happen to lose your pet while doing mission, you can always use the Sherwood Dungeon menu to fish one out of the pond. However, if you lose your pet mid-way through a quest, it can be a frustrating experience. Youll have to restart the quest at the beginning of the level to start over.
