It’d be a good implementation of DFS in its widest sense, and I reckon that if that command is implemented, I’ll be their biggest Customer/Customer.
I just got mine and I had to use the game on my old iPad, I also had to go back and read some FAQ since I haven’t played it before, this is some kind of wishlist that I didn’t find on the one that I want when I saw it. There is no option to activate free trials (at least not in the options, I might have missed it), but I also didn’t find any where you have to pay to play.
why is this an issue? Free to play games are free to play. It’s in the ToS. I’m guessing since they don’t advertise for it that its going to be free, but that’s a stretch and I’m pretty sure it’s not going to end up being that way.
The kind of games that I’d expect to be part of such a bundle for free have a good reason for being free: it was development time. For more serious games, I expect the development cost to have included “no more development time required”.
And if no one is willing to pay for the game, that’s obviously no issue for the developer, as long as they made enough

We knew that due to the almost-nonstop grade-fixing, schools would eventually be forced to resort to the riskiest financial workaround of all: freezing out or dumping low-performing schools. We were expecting middle and high schools to transition at the same time, leaving students the even more excruciating choice of which half of their public school to attend. After all, both halves of a school will still be under a single administration.
So, if anything’s going to derail a massive shift of funding to low-performing schools, it’s going to be the catastrophic and abrupt realignment of these schools. But it seems we’re a step ahead of the game, as the report, which covers the last few years, was just published by New York’s School Chancellor/strongarming mad scientist Joel Klein:
The thousands of students who were promised a repeatable, fair assessment of their academic progress and their chances of graduating are not getting it. New York officials have made an exceptionally broad and unsupported interpretation of the state’s new law, Public School Law 81. They have adopted a controversial definition of academic performance – based on a test of reading and math skills called the Partnership for Assessment of Readiness for College and Careers – that has closed schools. They have ignored the law’s requirement of sufficient data, when they forced schools that failed to meet targets to take drastic, hair-raising measures – mass reassignment, or school closure – and ducked outside their legal authority to enforce the new law.
To top it off, the clock’s ticking. As Tom Burghardt notes, we have until school 2014-2015 to get this right, and there’s already been a marked drop in public schools in “low performing” middle and high schools, due to the DOE’s unusually heavy-handed and anti-accountability school takeover and the resulting mess.
