The storyline of the main characters is set in the ancient time of the Lands Between.
During the Burning Year, the world of Elden, to which we owe the beginning of life, was assaulted by a fearsome invasion of cruel demons. Because of the invasion, many eternal guardians of the world who were once in charge of various tribunals disappeared, and in the end, only one of them remained in the form of a boy named Keita.
Now, Keita survives as the protagonist of this story, and he leads an undefeated force of otherworldly guardians against the demonic invasion and its armies. He encounters formidable enemies that are able to judge the plans of his party members and surround them with chaos and terror.
The heart of the game is the characters of the protagonist and his companions. Each of them has the ability to use unique weapons and magic to explore a variety of battle scenes.
The actions of the characters are displayed in 3D, and each of them has a character’s own feeling. As the story unfolds, the characters’ thoughts are expressed in a unique manner through conversations, and they will be performing battles alongside the main player characters.

The next installment in the Knights of the Elden Ring series is set to take on the Wii U on November 27th. Upon release, an updated version of the game will be released.
Story
The game is set to take place after the events of Knights of the Elden Ring III. Entitled Elden Rising, the game casts the player in a fantasy world full of monsters and daring adventures. In order to gain even more powers and equipment, the player will be forced to join a guild. However, a disagreement breaks out between the guilds and their leader is defeated. The guild subsequently runs into an unknown enemy, requiring the player to create an army to help defeat this foe. To start things off, the player is given a warhorse that will be used to battle the monsters. As the game progresses, the warhorse is used to become a more powerful individual, achieving a perfect score on the skills and spells to become a master. When this is achieved, the player will be given the power of a higher-ranked Alden and released into the Lost Lands. There, they will be able to fight against larger enemies and ultimately create a strong army of Elden.
Characters
A warhorse that can level up, an Alden, is the focus for the game. The warhorse itself is the central aspect to the game, requiring the player to manage the evolution of the warhorse through various abilities as it fights monsters and creates a stronger army. Upgrading the warhorse will give the player additional characteristics and skills, such as attack power, movement speed, power, and more. There are four tiers of attributes that will improve with repeated battles and leveling up. Furthermore, they can increase up to 12 levels with gear obtained from monsters and shops. Each attribute is represented by four curves and the higher the curves, the higher the level. There are five main skills that can be learned and when they are unlocked, it will add a significant effect to your battle abilities. Additionally, a vitality system is present in order to heal your warhorse after battles. The game will also add up to three helpers, granting temporary assistance to the player after they have managed to level up. However, if the player does not take enough care of them, they will die and their death will show on the map.

The world, the encounter mechanics, characters, the lore, it’s all great. I just don’t like the auto-focus, that’s all. I set it up like a more traditional game engine, but I can never touch one of these guys as I have to always watch auto-focus. As I have no control over the auto-focus, I can’t zoom in, I can’t click on things, etc, etc. So, I have to watch and then whack my fingers off as the camera passes me by. That’s the whole gripe. I can’t run my hands down my face if I want to and move my wrist over my head. It’s just a weird fit for me. The casting animations are very good in this game.
