The game is centered on a new fantasy action RPG project based on Kingmaker. An action RPG game with a focus on storytelling, the game was created by BeamTrac and is directed by Tomm Hulett and William Binney.

Developed in 3 major phases, the first phase was titled “The Legend of Lost Age,” in which concept art and movies were created to introduce the main protagonist of the game and a setting that brings out the detailed design.

Subsequent phases were named “The Lost World” and “The Lands Between,” with the goal of creating the world where players will experience the main game. In order to accomplish this, massive research and preparation was conducted with the goal to create a vast world that could be played in.

Originally scheduled to release in 2016, the game was postponed, and plans for an update have begun on July 16, 2017.

    The lawsuit, which could be worth more than $15-billion, accuses the federal and Alberta governments of misleading citizens about the risks and consequences of approving the pipeline. The case also names Kinder Morgan Canada as a defendant.

    The B.C. government filed a similar lawsuit, but that claim has yet to be heard in court.

    “We’re very focused on that claim and we’ll make no further comment,” B.C. Attorney-General David Eby said in an interview.

    The lawsuit filed by the Burnaby municipality is against Kinder Morgan and the Alberta and federal governments, and is the first of its kind to hit the courts in Canada.

    The NEB’s approvals are usually appealable, but court cases are rare because of an important rule that prevents the NEB from making errors of law or fact. The NEB’s decisions must be supported by evidence.

    “That’s not what has happened in this case. They’ve made errors of both fact and law,” said Peter Hogg, a Burnaby city lawyer.
