The module is a utility that you use to find and manage network access points. This module is an improved version of DWL-2700AP revB AP Manager. With this module you can easily add a second access point (AP) and manage it from a laptop or mobile device.
First of all, you must plug the module to the DWL-2700AP revB AP Manager. Then you must initialize the new module by typing in command line.
– In the AP Manager menu, you must select AP Network Setup.
– You must then select the configuration for the AP (Additional Parameters) to get the following parameters:
• Gateway IP Address: 192.168.1.1 (default configuration)
• Interface: WAN (default configuration)
– In the AP Manager menu, you must select the Add AP option and the module will show a list of existing access points. Then you must select the AP that you want to add and click the Add button.
– You must then insert a security code to add the AP and enter it in the AP Manager menu.
– You must then click the OK button to add the AP. After this, the module will show the information about the new AP. You can also change the IP address, the name, the security password or the access password.
– Now you can edit the information of the new AP. You can also remove it or disconnect it by using the following commands:
– – Remove button: Click the button and then type in the security code and press the OK button.
– – Disconnect button: Click the button and then type in the security code and press the OK button.
– – Disconnect all button: Click the button and then type in the security code and press the OK button.
– – Connection button: Click the button and then type in the security code and press the OK button.
– When you want to remove the security code from the AP Manager menu, you can click on the connection button and then type in the security code.
– You can remove the AP from the list of AP by clicking the Remove button or by clicking on the Disconnect all button and then typing in the security code.
– You can see all the AP on the screen and select to select an AP by clicking on it.
– You can also add more AP with the same process as described above.
– You can delete the APs from the list by clicking on the Delete button and then typing in eea19f52d2
