    The Antidote has an interesting setup that will appeal to fans of more specific point & click games with a detective story. A man called Kramer (voiced by Martin Freeman) is driving on a lonely road and suddenly the road becomes not very straight, until suddenly he encounters a cliff, and out of nowhere, a car stops in front of him, a beautiful blonde gets out and tells him that he’s not welcome here, and the car simply disappears. After some research, he finds out that the woman was his former partner, Monika (voiced by Joanna Lumley), who was still alive but abducted. He starts a new life, and in addition to his police work, he will go to the house of the man who kidnapped Monika. By making some clever decisions you’ll be able to proceed further.

    The game is reminiscent of the point & click classics. However, while the graphics are mediocre, the point and click games of old only featured puzzles that you can try. The Antidote also features puzzles that you can’t try. That is, the puzzles are focused on finding out some information and then solving a certain task. For example, you can find letters in different rooms, and one of them may indicate the character who kidnapped Monika.

    The graphics may look old-fashioned, but the game also features a lot of camera movement and original camera angles, in which you can see not only a close-up of the characters, but also get to see the background.

    When you’re solving a puzzle, the words “Yes” and “No” appear on the screen. However, you can’t click on them, which will force you to wait a few seconds. The game will make a lot of pauses, which may seem like you’re simply waiting, but actually are necessary for some tasks. The game sometimes uses various slow motion effects.

    But wait, it gets better! There are additional things you can do with the time you spend in the game. In addition to waiting for the word “Yes” or “No”, you can also:
