Listed below are different options for creating a self-extracting archive from a Visual Studio C# project. They are named for their Visual Studio project template:

In the Solution Explorer window, right-click on the project and select “Create ZIP archive…” from the menu. This will create a.zip file with the same name as the project and put all files in the current directory into it.
