What is Photoshop Elements?

Photoshop Elements is an Adobe Photoshop alternative, a free program that can be downloaded and opened from Adobe.com. It is designed to work in the Windows operating system.

Adobe Photoshop Elements contains almost everything the professional version includes. The name Photoshop Elements suggests that it includes a vast number of features, but the program does not include all of the features from professional version.
