Adobe has done away with the separate Tools menu and the Filters/Artistic collections. It is now the same thing. It also now includes tools from three different applications, namely Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Kuler. The Edit > Artistic > Apply Colors > Crop command is now Crop 100%. Chroma Key is no longer an automatic cropping action. The Workflow Tools interface has basically been replaced by a grid, and none of the tools are really responsive to mouse clicks as they would be in Photoshop. The new DNG format that provides a better workflow, feels more like the old PSD format than the non-destructive JPEG, which is a real bummer. The new import workflow is also a long, long slog.
