Dead Space 2 Severed Pc Download
I know there are many similarities between Dead Space 2 and Severed but you can’t deny that they are actually similar to the original game. There’s a lot the same done here. The levels are recycled from the previous game as well as some new areas such as the Sprawl. A sizeable sidequest, which I absolutely loved, is also included along with an online co-op system for those who wanted to play through it. The coolest thing of all however is that they’ve included the option to co-operate online with friends on several levels using the GameSpy system. This was always the best mode for single player fans to play through the game in, but here is the one true reason to get this game.
Severed is a bit more of a missed opportunity than a AAA expansion. An unnecessary addition to the main game and it’s a bit of a shame that it’s the first expansion out for the PS3. I do recommend that anyone who hasn’t played DS2 and wants to play a game similar should get it.
Dead Space 2: Severed was a great expansion to the game. It offered me a new set of battles but unfortunately it was nearly 2 hours short of what I would classify as an expansion. I enjoyed my time with it and it did add a new dimension to the game, but when I got to playing the mini story of Gabe’s adventures I felt ripped off knowing that I could have been seeing so much more if the game had continued. If you have played the main story of Dead Space 2 and enjoyed it, then I would recommend getting Severed. There are some cool side quests and you can play co-op, online with a friend.
