I’ve been able to download the entire package of pokah. The only problem i’m having is downloading the google play apk. And that’s a problem because the app won’t show up on the list of applications on my phone.

I see it both ways. Obviously we are all human and we have biases, but could
I provide an open source library that would allow us to ignore those biases?
So instead of having a subjectivity that “can add UX to my app if we have X
and Y and ignore the rest”, we just have “follow the rules of the benchmark
and improve user experience.”

Two things;
First, a person with a certain bias is not going to read as clearly as a
person with no bias. This also applies to more than just UX. You might avoid
saying something because you are concerned it might come across as rude or
offensive. This is a greater concern when a greater percentage of your users
are in your target audience. I’ve personally found it easier to be more
carefree around my friends and colleagues than I am around people I don’t
know.
Second, a person with a certain bias might not always understand the source
of the bias in the same way you do. While you may intuitively know you want
productivity and quality in your UX, people who suffer from no bias may
consider them to be something negative.
