VmcNetFlix, Netflix Watch Now On Your Media Center Extender

i have a pretty new samsung tv. i installed it and hooked up everything. my next steps are to hook up a media center extender for it. i use to have a media center extender that i used for the roku and my fire stick. i called netflix and they told me that i had to use the silverlight version of netflix. so i uninstalled the silverlight one. i downloaded the netflix extender installer on my pc and ran it. it installed and the netflix extender showed up in windows (media center) but it did not work and netflix said “silverlight runtime is not installed”. i installed the silverlight runtime but i still could not get netflix to work on my extender. i called netflix again and they said that i had to uninstall my netflix and install the silverlight one, but it was already installed. i called netflix and they said that the problem is that i need to use the silverlight one. so i did that and i was able to use my extender. i did not know that i had to use the silverlight one. it works great. i am glad that i uninstalled the silverlight one.

3. i reinstalled the netflix extender. 
4. i deleted my netflix account and reinstalled it. 
5. i uninstalled the netflix extender and reinstalled it. 
6. i reinstalled the netflix extender and then deleted the file after it installed (the netflix extender.exe file). 
nothing has worked. what am i doing wrong?
