I called in the help of a local Adobe consultant – who has been a regular customer of theirs for a long time – and he agreed that this was a huge problem. He offered to do a “neat print job” of the 300 documents, but even that larger-than-normal printout still had the bug. I’m not complaining, as it’s better than nothing.

Keep in mind that this one problem is a big one. The number of letters I have written to Adobe successfully – or unsuccessfully – to ask for help with my software is approximately one, two, three, four, and five strokes. The other numbers I have negotiated for myself in my head to make me feel better about it. My current suggestion to Adobe, based on replicating the bug and the result, is that this needs to be fixed in two weeks.
