The Mac OS updates have brought a solid addition of new features that do bring a significant change to Photoshop. Here are the highlights:

“Welcome to Creative Cloud,” a new introduction screen similar to the welcome screen for Apple’s new iCloud service. It displays your current and future purchases and non-purchased items, and allows you to sign into Creative Cloud and manage purchases.
Photoshop now has the ability to import, view, and manipulate RAW images imported from Lightroom 5 or from Adobe Camera Raw 4.7. Initially, Photoshop can export RAW images from Camera Raw only, but Adobe promises that RAW export is now faster.
A new Camera Raw Preset Browser lets you find and apply the best preset for the photos you are editing before importing them into Photoshop.
In the Filters panel, you can now view the source code for any Filter so you can modify it from any other editing program.
You can now control the Export Resolution from within Photoshop, instead of having to use the Export Resolution control in the File menu. This has three presets for each selection: a base resolution, plus one-half and one-quarter of the original resolution.
You can now select a picture across the top border to edit the whole picture, not just the area currently displayed. (Additionally, there is now a menu item Edit>Home from the toolbar that hides the main tool bar, letting you quickly access tools and panels.)
