Six patients with oligodendroglioma (O) had 1 or 2 mutations. One patient with O had IDH1 and 2 mutations. Two patients with O had RT-PCR MGMT data. One patient with O and G had data for both methylated and nonmethylated MGMT. The final diagnosis was glial in 64% of all cases. A positive MGMT promoter result was only detected in 3 of 16 cases of GBM (19%), whereas MGMT methylation was detected in 5 of 21 patients (24%) with astrocytic tumors. The majority of astrocytic tumors (50%) had a mutation in either P53 or PTEN. Of the cases with astrocytic tumors and a mutation, the majority (60%) were WHO Grade II. Absence or excess of features
I've been using this tool for over a month and decided to write a review.
Using it is easy, but doesn't allow you to perform all the functions you'd want, so you'd have to find other tools (like my review of Elgato, below). So, Screentik is good in theory, but it doesn't work in practice.
It is definitely a niche tool, in a sense that I can only see it being used by people for whom this feature is useful.
However, I would be very surprised if there is a difference in performance between it and programs from the Windows Store with the same functionality.
Need a screenshot-like icon, but with this option it's not easy
But this tool has an option for creating an icon, which is something I don't see in other apps from the Windows Store.
So, it can be a good option for users who need a screenshot-like icon. But as it's not a big feature, it may be worth paying extra for it.
It doesn't appear to be protected against user add-ons
