You can change your game language with this little launcher like app on the desktop.
I had to change the language in the registry though as my game wouldn’t boot and it wouldn’t allow me to change it through the settings.
en fait il y avait tout ce quiil fallait dans le dossier the sims4 stranger ville Codex language pack mais comme jai pas bien lu le nfo je lai pas vu. tu decompresse aprs tu as 2 dossiers, tu copie language files dans le dossier ou est install le jeux et seulement aprs tu click droit sur language changer tu execute en admin tu choisi franais et a marche. Voila cest tout. Comme quoi il faut toujours suivre les instructions.

Hello, I have just downloaded the new sims 4 game for the PC. However, I am having a hard time installing the language pack. After downloading, I clicked on the language set as default, which went through the regular install and language packs. It seems to be processing, but nothing happens after that. I can’t find the language set as default option anymore and when I go to Sim city, it’s still English, even though its in French. It should go to French, if thats what I set my default language as, but it’s not.
