The issue is that when I switch the file to the command line, it says “The project was not built since its build path is incomplete.”.
What is the problem? I think I’ve done a bit of research, and it seems like some projects may be set to specific build variants, so I checked the build variants for the project and they are all set to “Release” and they have been set for several days. I’ve also searched the internet but can’t find anything related to this problem.
Below is a screenshot from the “Build Variants” area from my project.

I can answer this question since I was in a similar situation.
As it says it builds the project for Release with the project. You should use the build configuration, and right click to build it, select all configurations, and then set this as the active configuration. Then build it, as shown in this picture:

Developer Aaron DiGangi has announced a new venture called The Muse, a new media platform where everybody is part of the conversation.

The inaugural project is a weather app called Weatherly, but the idea is that anyone can create content and join the conversation, in a similar manner to Facebook or Twitter.

All content is hosted on The Muse, and can be accessed via desktop or mobile devices. DiGangi says The Muse can eventually turn into an event-based platform, with the imminent launch of Weatherly.

“The project is designed with openness in mind,” says DiGangi. “The idea is to keep an open concept and make the user experience as available as possible. No need to login into an account, no need to sign up. Instead you just go, and if you like what you see, stick around and engage.

“Within the week of launch, more than 1000 people have signed up to have a say in how The Weatherly app will look and work.”

The content that becomes available is termed ‘ephemeral’, and DiGangi says that these items are’more fleeting’ than Facebook or Twitter.

“When someone creates an event, or even changes their profile, they can see it reflected on the site immediately,” he says. “When they start a post, it is available to everyone immediately.

“The idea is to make this kind of activity accessible to a broader audience. Not to replace the current technologies, but to enhance the experience through more open communication
