Heretofore, metals have been used for the formation of gears or tooth profiles. Usually, plastic gears and tooth profiles, such as polyacetal and polyamide, are also used. However, in the case of the latter, the plastics do not have sufficient heat-resistance.
The inventors have already developed a composition suitable for the use as a plastic bearing, which is disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. SHO 57-169984 and U.S. Pat. No. 4,741,762. This composition is a plastic containing, as an essential component, a hydrated silicic acid prepared by heat-treating a hydrolyzate of a synthetic silica. The above composition is highly advantageous in that it has the high heat-resistance and wear resistance. However, gears or tooth profiles made of the above composition have low strength.This proposal deals with monocyte recruitment to the rabbit larynx during experimental Streptococcus pyogenes infection. During the first 6 hours postinfection, when the pharynx is inflamed, the number of circulating polymorphonuclear leukocytes is elevated. We propose to determine whether a rise in polymorphonuclear leukocyte migration to the inflamed pharynx during acute infection is due to the chemotactic attractant for polymorphonuclear leukocytes which is produced by the LPS of S. pyogenes. Monocytes in peripheral blood are unresponsive to the chemotactic attractant until they are stimulated to emigrate, however, a small number of monocytes migrate during the initial 6 hour postinfection period of acute inflammation. Thus, we will use an in vivo chemotactic assay to determine whether the S. pyogenes LPS is chemotactic for circulating monocytes. Attempts will also be made to identify the monocyte chemotactic factor by the use of ligand-blotting techniques. In addition

I want to know if I can export a project on a group of computers. I have the serial number but I do not have the license file.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of coronary angiography under low-dose dobutamine infusion for assessing myocardial viability. Coronary angiography was performed in 18 patients with regional wall motion abnormalities without coronary artery disease, using 0.5 microg/kg/min of intravenous dobutamine infusion for 10 min and a 10 mL bolus of angiographic contrast medium. In patients with reversible defects, coronary angiography was repeated after 12 h without any infusion (washout period). Angiographic control was performed at 10 days of conventional coronary arteriography for patients with inducible flow and at 3 months for patients with non-inducible flow. Angiographic contrast medium enhanced myocardial perfusion was identified in seven of the 18 patients (39%) and their average wall motion improvement during dobutamine was 6.9+/-11.9%. During the washout period, contrast enhanced myocardial perfusion disappeared in all patients. The same abnormalities were observed in 50% of the non-inducible patients on conventional coronary arteriography. The sensitivity and specificity of angiographic contrast medium enhanced myocardial perfusion on coronary angiography during low-dose dobutamine infusion were 50% and 95% with a positive predictive value and
