Circle’s End is a boardgame. In the game’s story, a strange spirit moves into a boarded-up pub and turns the local men into stone. You must break the curse by rousing the spirits, a town full of quirky residents and the local fairyfolk.

Why do the people who pay double the price for Half Life 2 have the right to bitch about HL3 when they have the double the number of hours in it?
So what?
But you can’t pay double the price and expect to just walk into the game and play through it in no time.
The game has more content than any previous Half Life game. It’s almost a trilogy of the story.
And please stop whining about $10 not being enough for the game. The $10 for the game is just a straight up donation and a quick way to get the game and then stop complaining about it. Plus, Valve offers a patch for $2.50. That’s why the purchase price is less than the release.
Might I suggest to you that Half Life 2 was a $19.99 game, when you are being charged $59.99? Or do you just throw the $10 figure out the window because you don’t want to pay $20?
Look, the game is $59.99 if you want to get it for the same price as it was released, you have to double it. And that is a stupid argument. It’s like the user is saying that the game should be $119.99 and have twice as many assets and cost twice as much. That doesn’t make sense. It’s not like they charge $10 to donate and then demand $20 to buy the game.
Valve didn’t just throw the $10 price figure out the window. They offered the game at a lower cost than it had been released in. The game was $39.99. Half Life 2 had been $19.99 when it was released. It was $29.99 when it was re-released.
Can you explain to me how a game is better than it was the first time because it has more content, but not worse because it costs more?
Half-Life 2 was an $18 upgrade. While you’re correct about the price doubling, there was also a pretty large improvement to Half-Life’s AI. The 2.0’s air support can wipe out large numbers of bots in moments.
Plus, they did a pretty good job upgrading the art. Compare HL2’s level designs with Half-Life: Episode 1’s. Episode 1’s are a bit bland and obvious. Episode 2’s are a lot more immersive and atmospheric. The singleplayer campaign is just more polished and the environments

One of the first things you realise about Icycle: On Thin Ice is that it isn’t thin. It’s a heavy, heavily-geared bikepacking rig, and by the time you’re reaching that biergarten on the far side of the Enfield Narrows, you’ll be glad of the bike’s broad, rump-friendly tyres, and be pining for a shallow-valley route where you can just pull over on command.
Icy cols are without a doubt the most punishing riding conditions possible. But in this instance, the British Columbia landscape used to construct Icycle: On Thin Ice is a built-to-last place; everything from the mud- and gravel-strewn (and, I presume, hip-flask-swilling) roads to the sweat-producing climbs means it’ll see you safely to the next pint. If you can’t find a worthy repast there, just remind yourself that you could watch a full season of Top Gear while you tuck in.

Icycle: On Thin Ice gets its name from the namesake of the cross-Canada ride over which the route is presented – polar bears chasing seals and other any-weather-covers-you-make-for-tomorrow prey. And no bike is the better for the natural, polar habitat it’s built for. BSA Cycles’ philosophy here is to build a rig to your strengths, giving you a bike that feels uncomfortable but supportive enough to make you feel like a proper, more confident, competent hardman.
So the seat post might be detachable (it connects down to two separate posts that a third can screw into) but the back peg is a traditional, stiff, stanchion with a threaded interior for a further two caps; the concept of a loose seatpost that needs to be replaced by other more-stable hardware is a consideration for packing fewer items, but the handling and look of such a seatpost range from acceptable to excellent depending on whom you ask.
