I have a class that has a private variable

and a setter for the value

but when I try to use the _db variable (which is a pointer to the QSqlQuery) I get this error

Error: expression must be a pointer to a complete object type
I know that QSqlQuery is not a pointer so I tried to use

but now I get the error

QSqlQuery* is not a pointer, so I tried to cast it as a pointer using

But I get this error
