The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel (Sen no Kiseki in Japanese) is the latest title in The Legend of Heroes series, developed by Falcom for the PS4 computer entertainment system.
Set in Erebonia, the game stars Teddie (the main character from The Legend of Heroes Trails in the Sky) as he attends Thors Military Academy. Thors Military Academy is a prestigious school of learning that only admits those who are exceptional, regardless of social class. When the school is threatened by mutiny, Teddie is forced to take up arms and defend the elite students from attacks by “Q” (a disgruntled classmate) and his gang of “muckers” and other low-rankers. Little does Teddie know that the conflict is actually just the beginning of a story of intrigue, betrayal, and high politics. The stakes keep rising as higher-ranking Erebonian leaders are involved, and the action does not slow down until the moment of truth.

    Battle Arch: Robo Assault on the PlayStation4 (Japanese version)

    This game takes the classic match-three concept for a spin. Each matched tile will paint the board with player’s color. Whoever paints a majority of the board as first wins. Two players can battle each other but also one player can play with an AI opponent. The game features a cyberpunk-inspired futuristic setting with 3D graphics, 5 distinct locations, 3 difficulty levels and 3 different game modes ranging from tactical turn-based to hectic real-time gameplay.
    You and your opponent can make moves at the same time. Will you be faster, or will you yield in defeat.
    Every turn, you have a limited time, but you can make as many moves as you want.
    Every turn, you can only make one move so think deeply to gain maximum possible advantage. Be careful though, because the time limit exists!

    Part 1: The Struggle Begins

    Greetings, and welcome to part one of the Gooneshard Chronicle. In this first posting we get to meet the characters and track some of the events that see them take on their positions.

    Our vassal, Godshard, was born from an unfortunate accident. In fact, an accident that would get his family dead on the spot, kill three innocent bystanders, and bring down some rather harsh justice on several members of the Goon family as a result. Or so he would think.

    So who was Godshard and what was his character like before he turned to the Path? Leave us a comment below, and we will keep an eye out for people who know their Godshard lore!

    The Family

    The Godshards were originally a peace-loving family. The members of this family were known for being rather weak-willed and easily swayed. Godshard had two older siblings, the twins Werebaand and Alejandro. The younger among the Godshards were known as the Jaypos, adding a less respectable middle name. Though not terribly much is known about members of the Jaypos family, many have chosen to refer to them as Untitled. For more information on untitled family members, click HERE.

    The Gallows

    As a young brother the most important position in the Gallows was as the eldest brother, Godshard. Throughout his early years he was known to hear no mistreatment and only be a passive child. He was also a little boy who liked to make be. One day as he was playing with cart-propelled toy people on the street, a wheel fell off the carriage and he would be propelled by the force of the doll. This was a time when the two brothers were out and about, and Godshard was found crying on the ground by his mother. With a sense of dread, his mom found the toy children to be in an irreversible state, and forced them to stop moving. She then took them to the Town’s Pulse, far from their home to be ruled by the family elders.

    Naturally, this news brought concern to his parents, as they found the family to be quite weak-willed. When they announced their intention to go to them to plead as well, the twins questioned such an action.
