The pic showed her “playing” on a practice court – as I understand the term – at Le Paradis, the training complex of the Centre Court club at Roland Garros.
This was an activity called “Pre-Game” where the players do practices “on court” with the help of a coach. The pic is from US Open ’12.
Now, we know how she got it. According to a report from Eyewitness News:
The young girl was hit by an errant tennis ball during the match between Rafael Nadal and Nick Kyrgios at the US Open on Tuesday.
Nadal was playing Kyrgios and normally play a match like this was something that would occur on Centre Court. But on Tuesday, something unusual was happening as Kyrgios was tearing up the court.

Interstellar Space: Genesis is an interstellar action-strategy game for 5-8 players that puts players in a randomly-seeded galaxy to build their colony, expand their trade routes and establish themselves as a galaxy superpower.
The game features procedurally-generated planets, systems and moons as well as an epic storyline that provides numerous encounters with powerful craft, enemy factions, new weapons and gameplay mechanics.
Four components make up Interstellar Space: Genesis. Planet cards provide your basic resources and gameplay, Event cards reward players for following the storyline, Outposts allow for further expansion and Structure cards represent the colony. Outposts are the heart of a colony and must be protected with technology and Outpost workers.
With the Resource Generator: new planets will always be available for players to explore and colonize. As your colony grows, you’ll discover more and more planets which will open up new paths towards building a technological powerhouse.
The upgrading of Outposts is the easiest component of the game, but also the most important. As you expand your trade routes and build incredible Outposts, you’ll draw the attention of powerful factions and during your journey you’ll learn the rules of the galactic affairs.
Becoming a galactic superpower is possible, but only if you have a tight grasp on interstellar politics. Facing the right faction at the right time is an art that requires trial and error.
In Interstellar Space: Genesis, the player will select 3 of the 6 available factions. Each of these factions is at a different level of power and they will behave differently as the game evolves. Whichever faction you choose, you’ll be able to win space-related events, earn bounties from the bounty board and follow the storyline.

On December 12, 2014, 11 lawyers filed a lawsuit against President Barack Obama and numerous federal agencies. They claim that the President’s executive orders, memorandums, and executive agreements are unconstitutional and should therefore be void. The lawyers specifically allege that each of these documents violates the Constitution’s Emoluments Clause, which prevents the President from accepting money from “any King, Prince, or foreign State.”

In his State of the Union address, President Obama didn’t directly address the lawsuit, but he has intervened in the suit on several issues. The President has asked courts to review the constitutionality of two of the President’s executive orders. And on January 5, 2015, Mr. Obama announced changes to one of the legal challenges itself by filing an amicus curiae brief that he hopes will help the court dismiss the suit that he wants dismissed.
It’s helpful to consider the team that filed the lawsuit as a whole. George Washington Law School professor Neal Katyal, who co-founded the firm representing this action, was a deputy solicitor general in the U.S. Department of Justice. When NPR spoke with Mr. Katyal in 2012, he told the HeraldHerald that his philosophy toward the role is “if you don’t get struck down by the court, then that’s fine.” The lawyer who filed the lawsuit is the former Senate counsel for then-Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist, George Mason University law professor Randy Barnett. He also served for many years as a top official within the Department of Justice. His firm is so active and noteworthy that the Washington Post even labeled their other named plaintiffs “Mr.” President: Freedom Fighters for Affordable Health Care Act,” “Mr. President: Saviors of the Constitution,” and “Mr. President: Affordable Care Act Lawyer.”
