It was a bright sunny afternoon in a beautiful place, and a young boy was enjoying himself alone. A feeling of peace came over him as he played, listening to the ocean’s waves. As if by chance, he saw in front of him a crystalline figure; a transparent, green figure with brilliant eyes and hair as soft as a fairy’s. In front of him a crystal monolith like a castle appeared and he was transported to a crystal castle in the Lands Between. His heart beating rapidly, the boy wondered, “Who are you?” The figure turned its head and extended an arm with long, pointed fingers. “I am the Elden Ring. Come, join me.” He glanced again at the boy, who was alone in an area called ”The Lands Between.” “Play what you will! I await your decision!”

The boy first thought, “Why won’t this cute little figure hold out its arm and reveal its features? It’s kind of creepy.” Then he shook his head, turned his back, and walked away with a big smile on his face.

”Who are you?” The figure seemed unconcerned, but the boy took these things as a warning and decided to be careful. He had come to the Land Beyond; whoever comes here must bear the burdens of the world. But he was sure that he would like it, and his heart had already begun to thump with excitement at the thought of meeting the Elden Ring. This was the boy’s first day in the Lands Between. The sound of distant water could be heard. It was made by waves hitting rocks. The boy thought, “I’m sure that the Elden Ring will come to me!”

He went on, leaving behind the crystalline monolith. As he walked, the boy marveled at the beauty of this place. The forest and the hills were in full bloom, and the cool air blew into his face. The boy felt happy as he wandered about.

Finally, he heard the sound of the Elden Ring as it approached and pointed its arm at him. “Hello,” said the Elden Ring.

“Who are you?” the boy asked. “Why did you want me?”

“I am the Elden Ring. Come, join me!”

“Join you? I’d never join anything!” The boy’s eyes sparkled with a challenging attitude and he replied, “I will not! I don’t want anything of yours.”
