Click ‘File’ -> ‘New’ -> ‘From RAW Camera Raw File’ -> ‘JPG’.

Once the image is converted, use the camera’s three-dimensional controls to create a photo of your target.

Photoshop Elements provides a handy template in the ‘3D Gallery’ to guide you through the 3D photo creation process.
